Hey peeps!! How are you today? I hope your week is going great so far. Today I went out for the first time since NYE which I had a lovely time. We met my sister and my 11 month old niece; Ciara for lunch out. In this post I want to chat a little bit about the Too Faced Chocolate Bar eyeshadow palette. I received this as a Christmas present off my sister and brother-in-law. I love it! The appearance of the palette is very different to my other palettes that I have and it stands out in a good way. As soon as you open the case, you can smell the cocoa from the shadows. It's nice and refreshing to have a palette that smells delicious! In the lid of the palette, it has the mirror which I think is great and just the right size to do your eye makeup. I've already used quite a few of the shades such as the White Chocolate which is brilliant for inner corners. Hi peeps!! So after watching a few YouTube videos about bullet journals, I've decided to start one myself. Do I hear you asking what is a bullet journal? Well, let me try and esplain what they are. 😊 A bullet journal is a book where you can write your thoughts, your hopes and dreams, plans and you can be as creative as you want to be. It's basically like a Filafax organiser book (kids; google if you don't know what a filafax is!). The bullet journal is perfect for those that strive to be organised, or are trying to be and that are creative. I imagine it to be quite therapeutic with all the doodling and colouring in. I'm going to show you a few little examples;   Each page tends to have its own theme whatever it may be that you choose. It is yours to style, decorate and use it as you wish. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and enjoyed celebrating the NYE's festivity whatever you did to celebrate. 🎉 2017 is going to be a fantastic with lots of new opportunities, hopefully!!  In this post, I wanted to chat a little bit about my newest lipsticks from the New Look makeup range. I previously bought a few lipsticks and I must say that I'm a fan. For Christmas, I was given the lipstick gift set which had six different shades in it. In the above photo are the six shades. They're all such pretty colours, don't you think?! The three on the right side have got to be my favourite shades. I wear lipstick most days and these ones I could wear all the time as they're so creamy and moisturising for my lips. Hey peeps! So it's the 14th December already?! Christmas is looming by pretty quick and everything is beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Today; me, my parents, sister and my niece met at The Abbey House Hotel, in the Oscars Restaurant/Bar for lunch.  For anyone who isn't local and is wondering where this place is then let me tell you a little about it. The Abbey House Hotel is located in a small town called Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria within the Lakea District Peninsula. It's a luxurious hotel with 14 acres of  landscaped grounds. It was originally built for the local shipyard, during the 1910s.  There was a good selection on the menu which was good for me. I'm sure if you have special dietery needs then they would easily be adaptable for you. I decided to go for the Beef Brisket in a Pitta Pocket that is served with vegetable crisps and salad. Hey peeps!! How are you all doing? How's the festive season treating you so far? Good, I hope! If you are subscribed to my YouTube channel, you will have seen that I've been doing the vlogmas series on there.  This year I have decided to catch all of my footage using my mobile phone rather than using my camera and then having to upload onto my laptop to edit before publishing it on YouTube, so it's much easier doing it on my phone. I don't have to worry about taking my camera everywhere and can be a bit more discreet for when I'm out in public, ha ha! I've found some apps to do the editing for me which are 'InShot' which is free (if I remember rightly). This is fairly easy to navigate although pretty basic but it does what you need it to do.  There has been one or two vlogmas days where I've had to put together like two days worth of footage as I wasn't able to get enough footage but hopefully you'll understand this.  I think now t...

Hey peeps!  So today I ended up with doing a 'day look' for my makeup as any plans that we may have had weren't finalised in time and we stayed in at home. I had a wonderful afternoon as my sister and baby niece came to visit 😍  I decided I wanted to create a natural look with my eyes so I used the Benefits COSMETICS Most Glamorous Nudes eye palette. The shades I used in this were; Birthday Suit, Call My Bluff,  0Its Complicated, Kiss Me I'm Tipsy and a little dab of Gilt-y Pleasures. My eyeliner that I used was Avon Kohl liner in the Black shade. Whether I wear eyeshadow or not, I always wear eyeliner. The rest of my makeup tends to be my typical look so I won't repeat myself from my last makeup blog post 😉 I did apply my new New Look lip liner with the New Look Americano lipstick.
